emerge the moc (Media on clonsole), return error:
You need libid3tag to play mp3
, after emerge libid3tag it work properly.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.unmerge libid3tag
2.USE="mad oggvorbis -oss" emerge moc
3.



Expected Results:  
automaticaly merging the libid3tag
