trying to emerge mc (That isn't included in the gentoo 2004.3 packages cd!!! who can you do this? one of the best terminal tools) on a fresh stage3 gentoo install. i get the undefined reference to g_strcpy. the mc-package seem to have a dependency to glib?

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge mc, on a fresh pentium4-stage3-install
2.
3.

Most definately depends on glib, a depend that I wish upstream would remove ( and has been forked partially because of ). An emerge mc should pull in glib2.

added the dep on glib
