Description Duncan Webb 2004-12-14 23:58:48 UTC
media-libs/ladcca requires a local port in /etc/services for the daemon to run without this port the ladccad reports "conn_mgr_start: could not look up service name: Servname not supported for ai_socktype"

Adding:
# Local services
ladcca 40010/tcp # ladcca server
resolves this problem.

I think that to run jack-patch-bay when the ladcca use flag is enabled the server must be running. Shouldn't the ladccad server be started by an /etc/init.d script?

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. /usr/bin/ladccad
2.
3.

isn't this done in pkg_postinst?

in src_install() for version 0.4.0, marking as fixed
