As per direction give at the end of emerge.  These are the files requested

I am trying to install KDE/Plasma. All packages emerge properly except FramWorks 
purpose.  One warning I keep getting is about LC_ALL which after trying all the remedies found on the internet still stays blank.

When I emerge KDE, at frameworks I get a perl warning to make sure the locale setting are correct, which are with exception of LC_ALL.  I get the messages to find the log files and instruction for help with the debugging.

Those files are attached.

en_US.uft8 does not exist.

Thanks.  I changed all the locale settings and emerge worked!
Please close the bug.
