portage wants to downgrade kdelibs, kdebase etc due to this missing package

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge -Duvp world
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
downgrade of several kde packages  

Expected Results:  
emerge kdebindings-meta 3.3.2

Split 3.3.2 ebuilds (eg kdebindings-meta-3.3.2 and its deps) can't be
introduced trivially into portage due to a dep issue we're discussing at
this very moment at kde@g.o. If we don't decide on a finaly solution RSN
I'll put some kludged-but-working ebuilds in portage.

Was fixed some time ago.
