I update my System with "emerge -uD world" he download now nvidia driver. But when the Kernel load this he gives errors and x.org server doesn't start.

nvidia: module license 'NVIDIA' taints kernel.

Can you attach your kernel .config file please.

Those symbols are exported by the Numa Memory Manager / Scheduler so if you compiled Numa as a module you will need to load it before nvidia.

I have the same problem with 2.6.9-gentoo-r9 and nvidia-kernel-1.0.6629-r1
My kernel config is attached.

That patch was removed a few days ago, sync up your tree and try merging again.
