When I try to emerge kde-i18n-3.3.2, nothing happens :

No files are installed at all. It doesn't fetch any archive.
My LINGUAS variable is "fr". I tried with other values ("it" and "jp"), and I get the same beahavior.

I had the same problem, but then i looked at the ebuild and saw that it used a variable named LANGS, setting it to the language i wanted to install solved the problem.

The ebuild should also test that LANGS is set and warn when it isn't, like it does with LINGUAS
