/usr/portage/profiles/hardened/x86/2.6 shows -altivec in ebuilds having IUSE=altivec instead of (-altivec) due to missing use.masking of altivec on x86

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. use /usr/portage/profiles/hardened/x86/2.6
2. emerge mplayer -vp

Actual Results:  
see -altivec instead of (-altivec)

Expected Results:  
shown (-altivec) on x86

/usr/portage/profiles/hardened/x86/2.6 was profile used
