"tpp stands for text presentation program and is an ncurses-based presentation tool. The presentation can be written with your favorite editor in a simple description format and then shown on any text terminal that is supported by ncurses."

Hi, I've finally added tpp to CVS. 

I've added a local use flag called "figlet" to optionally install app-misc/figlet which is needed for the --huge command.

Besides that I've decided to patch the Makefile, which makes src_install significantly easier.
