Is it possible to keep numpy 1.18.5 around until bug 733830 is fixed? It was removed on 22 Aug, but since boost does not compile with numpy 1.19+, and numpy 1.17.x does not have python 3.9 support, there are no remaining ebuilds that allow compiling boost with numpy and python 3.9.

This makes it difficult to test python 3.9 with any packages requiring boost and numpy.
