Yeah, we kinda know about this... Unfortunately Tadpole won't lend us a box so we can't really get the kernel fixed up to play nice with them...
Since we lack hardware and/or information to fix this we can't do anything about it. Closing as UPSTREAM since it's very likely the kernel maintainers would be able to fix this - if they had the hardware or needed information (blame tadpole).
