Hi. tipa is a LaTeX package that provides fonts and access to the IPA (International Phonetic Alphabet) chars. It's easy to use and makes generating linguistic papers a pleasure in comparison to "normal" word-processors. tipa comes with a huge documentation that descibes every single step necessary in detail. I really like it and think that other, especially linguists, may like it to - so I guess it would be nice to have it in portage (FreeBSD provides it, too: 'print/latex-tipa'). I suggest 'dev-tex/tipa' as category. have a nice day, alex Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.

Created attachment 45589 [details] tipa-1.3.ebuild Sorry, I forgot to add some "die 'sed failed'"s in the ebuild :(
Thank you very much! I almost started to install tipa by hand but remembered bugs.gentoo.org though I didn't really expected an ebuild. So I am positively surprised :) The ebuild works flawlessly for me.
Thanks. Just added to CVS.
