This library is needed to build the driver for the GDI "win"printer HP 1000 on
linux.

I have added the ebuild to portage.  With some small modifications.

I will be creating a new ghostscript ebuild as well and add support for jbig.
I will post on this bug when I have done that.

hrm... it appears ghostscript doesn't try to detect jbig...

i have added a bug report requesting for jbig support in imagemagick.

Let me know if this ebuild works for you or if you need any other changes made 
for proper support for your printer.

hm, sadly I have no more the printer available for testing.
