Recently wxmaxima added a hard dependency on pandoc, which in turn, brings in a full Haskell stack.  However, in the just released version 20.07.0 this dependency has been made optional.  It would therefore be nice if this functionality was exposed through a USE flag for this.

wxmaxima-20.06.* could not be compiled without pandoc installed. Therefore, it really was a hard dependency. I contacted the upstream, they promised to fix compilation without pandoc. 20.07.0 does compile fine without pandoc. I've just committed 20.07.0, removing the pandoc dependency and restoring the ~ppc keyword (which was dropped in 20.06.6). And I have removed 20.06.6.
