Pierre, app-crypt/johntheripper-1.6.37-r1 has been removed and replaced with johntheripper-1.6.37_p1. Please ensure it works with and without the mmx use flags and that it is executing the use amd64 compile branch of the ebuild. A src_test routine exists and it is known to fail the self test on SKEY and KEberos version 4. I've fixed the fopen: /usr/share/john/all.chr: No such file or directory error.
works actually fine and it seems that this one can be closed: 28 Nov 2004; Simon Stelling <blubb@gentoo.org> johntheripper-1.6.37-r1.ebuild: added ~amd64
