I have successfully built and run media-gfx/nomacs on arm64 without any problems. I think the ebuild should support arm64 officially.

Here is the list of rules I added to accept_keywords:

=media-gfx/nomacs-3.14.2 **

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add ** keywords for media-gfx/nomacs (see above)
2. emerge media-gfx/nomacs
3. Run nomacs

It works!
