Issue: dev-ruby/listen fails tests (hang).
Discovered on: amd64 (internal ref: ci)

NOTE:
I had to kill the process.

How long did you wait? The runtime of tests is long and at some point does not produce output.

e.g. on my dev system: 

Finished in 4 minutes 6.9 seconds (files took 0.16193 seconds to load)
375 examples, 0 failures, 1 pending

I don't remember exactly but usually the processes got killed after ~6 hours

ci has reproduced this issue with version 1.3.1-r4 - Updating summary.
