Please find attached the ebuild for the new release of balance, highly configurable TCP-IP-Proxy usable for load balancing. 

latest version in portage tree is 3.11 of october 2003.

Newest Release: Balance 3.19
released: Wed Nov 25 13:28:00 CET 2004
