I'm not a specialist, I just use Android Studio (and prepare some ebuilds for installing it), but basing on general experience I would say taht these .so files are not targeted to be used by Android Studio on the system on which it is installed, but are dedicated to hardware platforms on which apps created with it will be installed. The biggest hint for this theory, which I see, is the list of hardware platforms, which includes typical ones for Android devices. If this is the case we probably should comment out (not delete, to keep track of them) such paths in QA_PREBUILT list (unless there is some better alternative).
