Brand new ebuild to install map files for media-gfx/fotoxx.

Patch fotoxx-maps binary: inform the user about fotoxx-map files (how to merge/unmerge system wide maps, and about the media-gfx/fotoxx package and custom maps).

The original binary checks if maps are installed system wide (/usr/share/fotoxx-maps), if they are not, it then allows to install/uninstall maps per user from an appimage package (/home/<user>/.local/share/fotoxx-maps). If there's no appimage package, it suggests commands to run from the extracted source tarball.

Per upstream this package is now obsolete and not being updated anymore, map downloads happen within the app itself.  See 22.30 notes:
