Description Hank Leininger 2020-07-18 23:35:41 UTC
This version has been in the tree for about a month; removes py2 dependency and conforms to GLEP81.

I'll un-CC arches for a moment as you don't seem to be the proxy maintainer, although I can see you did the GLEP 81 port.

What's the situation here?

Resetting sanity check; keywords are not fully specified and arches are not CC-ed.

Dominique is the upstream, and currently proxy-maintainer; I repackaged an earlier revbump & GLEP port which had gotten stalled. I forgot I hadn't put in for p-m at the time (but more than happy to have Dominique keep it if they still want it).

In the meantime, I see the NATTkA sanity check - x11-wm/fvwm-2.6.9 isn't stable yet. I took a look at its pending issues over the weekend and ran into something I couldn't figure out how to resolve yet, so, my request to stabilize fvwm-crystal is premature. (Does that mean this bug should be closed? I do not know.)

But the older versions (of both fvwm and fvwm-crystal) require py2, etc., so there will be pressure to stabilize them and clean the old versions soon.

it was stabilized at some point
