emerge dvdrip gives an error about missing perl modules, the way to fix it seems to be just to emerge gtk-perl.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge dvdrip
2.dvdrip&

Actual Results:  
Error: Can't locate Gtk/Gdk/Pixbuf.pm in @INC...

Expected Results:  
Should have run the program

since all dvdrip ebuilds have dev-perl/gtk-perl in depend i'm going to mark it as fixed.
