seven-kingdoms builds on ~arm64, but needs manual keywording.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
emerge seven-kingdoms
Actual Results:  
emerge refuses to build because of missing keyword.

Expected Results:  
Should proceed to build.
