New stable version of hk_classes and knoda.

Main features are:
* SQLite3 support
* View support added
* local database handling improved
* ODBC, Postgres and SQLite drivers improved
* boolean fields are tristate
* Query SQL editor improved

Also many bugs are fixed.

On my x86 AthlonXP box, this doesn't run if built with gcc-3.4.3 ( gets an Alarm clock signal like a few apps built using 3.4.3 ) - it works OK if I use gcc-3.3.4.  I have informed the author.
