emerging the program embrace installs the program engage.  The ebuild is messed up... the first uncommented line simply needs to be changed from 
ECVS_MODULE="misc/engage"
to
ECVS_MODULE="misc/embrace"
...this solves the problem.
(sorry if this is not the place for ebuild bug reports, i didn't know)

1. emerge embrace
Actual Results:  
the program engage was installed

Expected Results:  
the program embrace should have been installed.
