Attached is an ebuild for tclreadline 2.1.0.

This is a Tcl extension that adds readline support
to tclsh.  It can also be used to add readline support
to your Tcl apps.

http://tclreadline.sourceforge.net/

This should probably reside in 'dev-tcltk' along with 
the other Tcl extensions.
