Ebuild for 6.13 with Python 3

Hi! I see this package is flagged for removal due to being Python 2 only. The version in the repo is the 6.9, which I don't know if it supports Python 3, but at least the lastest version, the 6.13 does. I made for myself this Ebuild to install it
