I'm trying to move bug 553696 to PMS/EAPI component.

What I did:

1. Selected 'Gentoo Hosted Projects' product.

2. Clicked 'Save Changes'.

3. 'Verify New Product Details' appeared.  I've selected 'PMS/EAPI' component and clicked 'Commit'.

4. 'Verify New Product Details' keeps reappearing, and I am unable to actually move the bug.
