This is an update to the roundup ebuild, from version 0.7.6 (currently stable
in the tree) to 0.7.9 (latest roundup release).

It also fixes a documentation bug in the ebuild, where it says:

run /usr/bin/roundup start port host [your tracker home]

it's wrong, it should be:

run /usr/bin/roundup start port host [your tracker name] [your tracker home]

I've left it marked as unstable on the platforms it previously had, since I've
only tested it here on x86.

webapps team, yes I know you're not on the metadata.xml, but the dev who is, is no longer a dev.  Since this is in www-apps, you guys are lucky enough to get this bug.
