lilypond.2.2.6.ebuild says:
-amd64: 2.2.6: lilypond-bin exits error code 139 ... upstream needs to fix it..

This is in fact a bug with guile-1.6.4, which is fixed with guile 1.6.5
(cf release notes for 1.6.5, it is the bug in scm_must_realloc())
