Emerging `gui-app/waybar` raises the same error as this post

Following the solution from the following posts, I enabled wayland use flag for x11-libs/gtk+ and the installation finishes. 

The log seems removed after a successful install, so sorry no log is included, but `emerge --info` is attached.
