Im wondering why exim needs an extra tag, instead using the default mysql.
Every other programme uses mysql ( eg courier also an mta )

Instead of this there should be done a better work on the USE Flags so it can be
controlled better

all use flags in the exim-4.05 have been properly set.  all the mta-* flags 
have been changed to already defined use flags.  Thanks for the heads up!
