i try to emerge x11-misc/menulibre-2.1.3 but i get this error :

ERROR: Can't find /var/tmp/portage/x11-misc/menulibre-2.1.3/image/_python3.6/usr/share/applications/menulibre.desktop

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge x11-misc/menulibre-2.1.3
2.
3.
Actual Results:  

ERROR: Can't find /var/tmp/portage/x11-misc/menulibre-2.1.3/image/_python3.6/usr/share/applications/menulibre.desktop

Expected Results:  
should compile fine 

i tried with python 2.7 and 3.6

eselect python set X

why you think it`s got to do with my recently submitted nvidia-drivers bug ?

i mean both packages missing different files, bot packages come from different developers ...

I hit this as well, on Python 3.7 instead of 3.6

FWIW, I'm using the version of Portage referenced in the other bug.

solved by adding python3_7 to PYTHON_TARGETS in /etc/portage/make.conf
