bin86-0.16.ebuild cannot download its source package from
http://www.cix.co.uk/~mayday/dev86/bin86-0.16.0.tar.bz2
My GENTOO_MIRRORS variable is empty.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
I started to install a new system with 'emerge --fetchonly system' and this bug was showstopper.

bin86-0.16.13 moved to stable with gentoo mirrors in SRC_URI

Same thing with sys-devel/dev86-0.16.17-r5 package. Please update HOMEPAGE and SRC_URI variables in ebuild:

HOMEPAGE="http://www.debath.co.uk/"
SRC_URI="http://www.debath.co.uk/~mayday/dev86/Dev86src-${PV}.tar.gz"

there is no -r5 ebuild ... ive fixed the latest ebuild in the tree
