Daniel, Nick,

The profiles/updates is a GREAT thing.  However, it fails if the category being
moved to is a new one in portage.  I think it should check for directory
existence, and then create it, if it doesn't exist.

Yes, this is due to a string typo. It'll be fixed in 2.0.33
