Bug 7252 – New package: OpenOffice.org Quickstarter (oooqs)

This is an application for KDE that provides the same functionality like the 
quickstart application that is available when using OpenOffice under Windows. 
 
I suggest the ebuild to be placed in kde-apps/oooqs. 
 
As you can guess, you should have OpenOffice installed to use this 
application. It is not required for the compilation, though.

this ebuild is broken right now, if you can get me one thats fixed i'll put it 
into portage.  Thanks for using gentoo and open office ;-)
