ipw2200-0.15 has digest file missing.

fixed using ebuild to generate digest.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge ipw2200
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
cannot emerge due to missing digest file

I already sent jbms an email about this issue. The Manifest is broken too.
