mime.types is missing a mime type for .ogg audio files making web browsers
display them as text.

application/x-ogg       ogg

should be added to /etc/apache/conf/mime.types

Perhaps this could be added to the mime.types patch that already exists in
files/1.3.26/deb/mime_type_fix
