MinML2 is a small footprint namespace aware XML parser. this package is a dependency of datavision and needed to resolve #63297

wrote an ebuild to the project to ask for a change of the naming scheme. the distfile is just named 'MinML2.zip' and their current release is 0.3. i guess if they release a new version it will also be called MinML2.zip.

ok, upstream resolved the problem by accepting my suggestion to append the
version number as a suffix. this ebuild downloads now MinML2-${PV}.zip

Fixed. Available for testing as dev-java/minml2-0.3
