Versions of portagemaster < 0.1.6 were distributed in binary .jar format.  The
ebuild simply downloaded the distribution and copied it into /opt/portagemaster
and installed the startup script.  

From the 0.1.6 release and later there were no more binary distributions and the
build was updated to use Jakarta ANT and IBM Jikes.  

This ebuild for version 0.1.8 reflects this change by adding dependencies for
ant and jikes, building from source and installing into
/usr/share/portagemaster.  It similarly installs the startup script to /usr/bin.  

Appears to require Sun Java 1.4 so virtual depend on jre has been changed to a
dependency on sun-jdk-1.4.0-r5.  

Tested once or twice :)

Fixed. Available as app-admin/portagemaster-0.1.8.
