On emerging net-irc/xchat-xsys-1.0.6, the file is downloaded from http://gentoo.tiscali.nl/gentoo/distfiles/xsys-1.0.6.tar.bz2 and subsequently fails MD5 hash check. dev.gentoo.org mirror has correct file

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge xchat-xsys

Actual Results:

!!! Reason: Failed on MD5 verification

Expected Results:

Looks like the mirror is borked.

Reassigning to Mirrors is probably a better idea

I've removed the file from our main distribution point. Our auto-get script should re-fretch it from the apporpriate place and should fix it self on the next few syncs.
