This is admittedly a nitpick, but I think that simpletal, currently in net-zope, should be moved to dev-python.  Although it is an implementation of a technology that was originally part of Zope, the whole point of simpletal is that it can be used outside of Zope.  (Indeed, I can't imagine why anyone would use it with Zope instead of ZPT!)  It therefore belongs in net-zope about as much as docutils does (which contains a non-Zope implementation of Structured Text).
