While testing a glibc patch for #681790, I noticed a bug in kbd's "loadkeys" application causing it to fail to properly load a keymap. After hunting it down, I realized it had already been fixed upstream since the 2.2.0 release a year ago. I have confirmed this bug is not present after installing 2.2.0-r2 myself. Reproducible: Always
Should this block bug 706426, considering bug 721842?

Please see https://bugs.gentoo.org/739814. Version 2.2.0 has a known bug resulting in a incompatibility to busybox's loadkeys. I've come across this bug since 2.2.0 was stabilized via this ticket.

@maintainer(s): I see open bugs about test failure. Atm I'm reproducing the issue on s390. Can you clarify if you want to care about tests or we should stabilize while the tests are failing? Thanks.
Superseded by bug 759367.
