I think this is essentially the same as bug 721932. The old (removed) versions of its dependencies aren't compatible with the new coinor-clp. IMO this is too much work to fix if the problem is solved with "emerge -uDN @world" and will never return. Can you please confirm that updating the dependencies of coinor-clp fixes the problem?
