einstall is a kludge that is supposed to be used only when DESTDIR is not supported

fixed. - I did a version bump on it. I couldn't get gtk to compile (uclibc-ppc) so can someone else please check it.

version bump is currently -* keyworded. BTW fellow devs - is this something that we should -* keyword after the ppc keywords?

Placing -* in KEYWORDS at the last position doesn't work. portage still honors
the other KEYWORDS. So setting KEYWORDS to just "-*" is the right way.

The DEPEND could need some fixing:

!!! Problem in app-laptop/gkrellm-pmu dependencies.
!!! "Specific key requires an operator (x11-libs/gtk+-2.0) (try adding an '=')" exceptions
