It appears that after upgrading to 2.6.9 from 2.6.8.1 vanillas, NCPMOUNT would generate 'Unsupported Transport' errors trying to mount to volumes that I mounted fine previously. I read briefly over the changelogs and noticed a lot of cleanup to ncpfs in the kernel, on a hunch I updated ncpfs to 2.2.3 and it resumed working. It appears the issue is only with the older 2.2.0.19-r2 (latest marked stable for x86) Reproducible: Didn't try Steps to Reproduce: 1.Update to 2.6.9 Vanilla 2.Try using NCPMOUNT to make a valid tcp connection 3. Actual Results: Unsupported Transport errors trying to establish a connection to the file server. Expected Results: Mount a volume to a point on the local fs System is not using IPX Was working fine prior to the move to 2.6.9
It's now stable, thanks.
