I can't see a link in the manual to the QA policy guide. It was pointed out to me on IRC and I've found it pretty useful since.

There are other things missing as well, like GLEPs or the wiki. The "Further Reading" chapter might be a reasonable place for this:

Of course. It is on my list, but may not be done instantly if that is ok.
