Bug 71938 – Some mistakes are in hb-install-ppc64-disk.xml

I found the following mistakes in hb-install-ppc64-disk.xml of ppc64 handbook.

1. Although the section of "Creating Filesystems" is not contained, the link to it exists.
2. In Code Listing 4, the number of Linux filesystems is six.
   But, an explanation under it is represented as its being seven.

And, I think that it is better to change the example of execution of fdisk
into /dev/hdb* instead of /dev/sda*.

This patch is the sample which corrects the above-mentioned mistake.
And, it changes /dev/hdb* into /dev/sda*.
