build log

After emerge --sync, when attempting to upgrade from sys-libs/pam-1.3.1-r1 to sys-libs/pam-1.3.2-r2 received Failed message (compile phase).
The first error I noted was
make[3]: *** No rule to make target 'access.conf.5', needed by 'all-am'. Stop.
Just after
make[3]: Entering directory '/var/tmp/portage/sys-libs/pam-1.3.1-r2/work/linux-pam-1.3.1-abi_x86_64.amd64/modules/pam_access' and running libtool (/bin/sh ../../libtool --tag=CC ....).

you've broken your docbook deps installation somehow.
