No objection from me, but I've been out of touch with recent ebuild changes.

Looks like C.Andrews has been looking after things in my absence.

I've been doing some testing for g-sorcery for newer pythons.

layman-2.4.2-r2 code is failing tests for all pythons.  While adding/deleting overlays work in py 3.6, 3.7 it completely fails in py 3.8.

I will release a new version once tests and 3.8 errors are fixed.

Actually the test fails I thought were fails were actually properly detected fails.

But layman-2.4.3 will have the py3.7, py3.8 fix.
